1. Floor Plan/Layout
My greatest strength is envisioning spaces without walls and looking at them with a blank slate. Often, small changes can redefine flow and sightlines. This allows me to optimize the available square footage, providing surprising possibilities for furnishing. So, if you are planning to build or renovate, contact me as soon as possible. There’s always a lot to gain.

2. The 'Skin' of the House

I design spaces that are in balance. The colors and materials complement each other and enhance the overall look. Together, we’ll determine the materials and colors for the walls, ceiling, curtains, floors, etc.
3. Furniture
The most inviting homes exude personality. Therefore, I take into account pieces that are dear to you. If you wish, we can search for furniture that suits you and the house.
4. Bathrooms and Kitchen
The kitchen and bathrooms are crucial spaces in a home. Ideally, they form a cohesive whole with the other rooms. Small details matter, so I like to incorporate these into the overall design. I focus not only on aesthetics but also on functionality. You can then have my design executed by a kitchen or bathroom specialist, or custom-made.
5. Custom Work
In many cases, you can gain a significant amount of space by having custom cabinets or furniture made. Custom work results in a unique and cohesive outcome, often creating much more storage. Everything finds its place, and the beautiful elements are highlighted. I design the cabinets myself and have strong contacts to realize the custom work. My clients have found that custom furniture doesn’t always have to be more expensive.
6. Basic and Ambient Lighting
Lighting is not just functional; it adds warmth and coziness. I create a tailored lighting plan for you, from eye-catching fixtures to subtle spotlights and accent lighting.
7. Styling and Accessories
The details in styling make a house personal and atmospheric. Think of art, photos, vases, cushions, candlesticks, etc. Together, we’ll curate everything to transform a beautiful house into YOUR home.

How do I work, and what can you expect?
1. Introductory Meeting
Do you appreciate having someone think alongside you and want to know how I can best assist you? Then we’ll first schedule a free introductory meeting. Feel free to get in touch.

2. Fixed Price
After our meeting, I’ll have a clear understanding of how I can assist you. For each project, large or small, you’ll receive a quote with a detailed estimate of my hours. I break the work down into phases. For each phase, you’ll receive a pre-agreed price to avoid surprises. Managing the construction, along with all communication and finishing challenges, is based on post-calculation.

3. Input
As my client, you are my source of inspiration. You tell me what you like. Perhaps you’re not exactly sure what you want yet. My strength lies in asking targeted questions and listening carefully. This helps us discover what resonates with you and what doesn’t. Together, we’ll gather images from Pinterest, photos from (home) magazines/stores, and create an overview of current items that are meaningful to you. This will lead to a mood board, and we’ll get to know each other well.
4. Getting Started
When I’ve completed a phase, such as the floor plan/layout, lighting plan, or a furnishing proposal, you’ll receive a video presentation from me. This will give you a clear picture of how the space will look. We’ll then have a discussion, either digitally or in person. With your feedback, I’ll fully develop the phase.
5. Final Presentation
Are you completely satisfied with the result? If so, you’ll receive detailed drawings, custom designs, your personal style guide, and links to web shops, or a concrete shopping list. You can now work independently with this, or I can take care of the further realization.
6. Realization
Thanks to my extensive network with kitchen and bathroom specialists, interior stores, furniture makers, and contractors, I can not only negotiate discounts but also ensure that you’re working with reliable partners. If desired, we can shop together in stores or online.
